Terms and Conditions

Base Rate for all Event Usage is $2500. In Addition to the base rate there is a $10 per person charge.

For the above you receive exclusive use of the site for a 5 hour duration event, additionally you will have 2 hours pre event for set up and 1 hour post event for tear down.

Additional set-up will be allowed as possible.

Extensive set ups will be charged for labor @ $25 per man hour to oversee the set-up, access etc. and a charge of $250 per hour. This will also apply should your use time increase from the contracted 5 hour time period.

Events which require additional days to set-up and tear down will be charged $1000 for each additional days usage. Be advised this is a standby position should a client wish to book the site at full rate, you will have the option to purchase the additional date and if you decline it will be awarded to the other client.
Banquet functions will be provided with black or white resin folding chairs and 66 inch tables at no charge.

Linens, Service ware, Risers, PA systems, Space heaters, Banquet tables, Service storage, etc are the responsibility of the client and or caterer.
